Programme Overview
We are looking for four motivated and dynamic undergraduate students, ideally commercially minded second‑year university students, to join the 13-month Undergraduate Placement Programme. The placement offers real‑world experience in project management, event coordination, business process review, customer service, parts management, product management, and sales.
Departments & Responsibilities
Managing Directors Office
* Support the Executive Assistant with day‑to‑day administrative and strategic tasks.
* Assist in planning, coordination, and delivery of internal and external events.
* Track milestones for van‑dedicated and cross‑functional projects via the Project Management Office.
* Review and update business processes in line with ISO9001 and ISO14001.
* Liaise with internal teams and external parties for effective collaboration.
Customer Service & Parts
* Support the Strategic Development Manager for Parts in developing and implementing local parts pricing strategy.
* Assist in competitive environment analysis and defining measures to drive growth.
* Support the Dealer network with queries around system or campaign implementation issues.
* Organise webinars, dealer visits or presentations and collaborate with the insights team on reporting.
* Participate in Customer Service strategy and operational meetings.
Product Management
* Assist with the system set‑up of newly launching vehicles.
* Support briefing and proofing of product marketing materials.
* Monitor competitor activity and report findings.
* Review vehicle data for accuracy and raise awareness of changes.
* Assist with quarterly reports and ad hoc product presentations.
Sales
* Support national sales programmes and performance reporting.
* Analyse vehicle sales data, market trends and dealer performance metrics.
* Aid communication between Head Office and dealer network, embedding programmes and campaigns.
* Contribute to cross‑functional projects with Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Controlling.

* Studying for a degree (2:1 or above) with a year in industry before graduation.
