Job Description
Casoni Fabbricazione Liquori S.p.A., a well‑established Italian company in the production of alcoholic beverages, is looking for its UK division for an: Account Manager On Trade (M/F, Field Sales Role).
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales and activating the brand in the assigned area (North).
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience within Alcoholic beverage whs/brands, preferred in the on‑trade channel.
* Proven experience in field sales B2B.
* A genuine interest for hospitality, sales, and alcoholic beverages (Liqueurs & Spirits), combined with a strong desire to take on new challeges and professional growth.
* Full availability to work daily in trade and, if required, to travel within the areas of Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, and Liverpool.
* Strong organizational, planning, proactive, and initiative skills, aimed at successfully closing business opportunities.
* Excellent soft skills, including strong interpersonal abilities, empathy and adaptability.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop the assigned sales area through daily cold calls to prospects and set up meetings with existing accounts (bars, restaurants, clubs), engaging with bartenders, bar managers, F&B directors, etc.
* Introduce and develop the brands in the market in line with both account and brand positioning.
* Provide on‑the‑job training and support to distributors and accounts.
* Negotiate commercial terms for Brand listing and promotional support where applicable.
* Conduct tastings with accounts, distributors, and consumers also including training, bar takeovers and tradeshows.
* Regularly monitor sales data and implement the company’s strategic guidelines.
Compensation Package
* Fixed salary + performance‑based bonus.

* Company credit card, laptop, and mobile phone.
Contract
* Full‑time employment with a six‑month probation period.
* Flexibile working hours (includes after 5pm work time and/or weekend in specific occasions).
Work Location
* The role can be based in Manchester, Leeds, or Liverpool.
* Occasional travel within the UK and to Italy may be required.
