Role Overview: Aspiring Probation Officer - Young Offenders - Mental Health - Dorking
* Assist and supervise children's behaviour during school hours while supporting their learning and participation in class activities.
* Work with individual students, small groups, or classes inside and outside the classroom.
* Encourage social skills development and support students' individual needs.
* Help build confidence and motivation among students.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions as an active team member.
* Maintain progress records and documentation.
Requirements:
* Education and Training: An undergraduate degree, preferably in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field.
* Knowledge or keen interest in various learning and behavioural needs.
* Strong educational background in English and Maths; A Levels preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a caring attitude.
