Permanent We’re working with a leading manufacturer who is seeking a Production Operative to join their skilled team. This role involves working with specialist processes to prepare and inspect components to a high standard. Full training will be provided. Duties will include: Preparing parts using a chemical treatment process (training provided) Conducting detailed inspections using dye penetrant methods Following strict timing, temperature, and safety procedures Recording inspections and communicating with other departments Ensuring products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage Carrying out general production and support duties as required What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a production, inspection, or quality control role is beneficial Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Willingness to undergo extensive training (including a certification course) Able to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines Reliable transport due to the site location and start time This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that offers real progression, a structured training path, and a supportive working environment.
