Duties
* Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff.
* Manage reservations, greet guests, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service
* Monitor service quality and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all operational areas
* Support the implementation of restaurant policies and procedures to optimise efficiency
* Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Skills
* Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
* Strong team management and leadership skills to motivate staff effectively
* Experience in restaurant service, including serving and hospitality duties
* Previous pub restaurant experience is advantageous
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and guests
* Ability to lead by example while fostering a positive team environment
