We are looking for someone like you to join our team! If we are a good fit for you, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including the expansion and development of the council's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
What will you be doing?
- Developing effective digital solutions, including electronic forms (e-forms), workflows and integrations using a combination of off-the-shelf, software-as-a-service, open-source, and custom-built software
- Ensuring that developments are current, fit for purpose, aligned to the councils strategy and follow good practice, including full specification, documentation, prototyping and relevant testing as appropriate
- Developing integrations including Extract, Load, Transform (ELT / data conversion) between various inhouse and 3rd party systems, using a number of techniques, e.g. RESTful, SOAP, XML, JSON, CSV,...
