We're looking for a compassionate and proactive individual to join our service in Greenock as a Team Leader, on a full-time (37.5hrs per week), permanent basis.
As a Team Leader, you'll provide first-line leadership to a dedicated team of 12 - 20 Support Practitioners across our 24/7 housing support service and dispersed team, ensuring exceptional standards of care and practice. You'll take an active role in shaping the quality of support provided, leading by example and creating a culture of respect, learning and continuous improvement.
It would be great if you have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, but this isn't a deal breaker if you don't.
What You'll Do
1. Lead the day-to-day running of the service, including rotas, records and quality standards.
2. Supervise, mentor and coach staff to deliver exceptional support.
3. Develop and review personalised support plans.
4. Work directly on shift to build strong relationships with the people you support.
