What does this role involve?
1. You will work closely with the customer team, modernising our current products and services, and managing new products.
2. You will be responsible for the value and viability risks of a product, and be overall accountable for its outcomes.
3. You will monitor all aspects of a product's performance to inform the roadmap, and own the product backlog by prioritising business needs.
4. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
Qualifications
* Extensive commercial Product Management experience with CRM systems and the Customer Journey.
* Willingness to take accountability for product outcomes.
* Experience conducting competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver value to the team and customers.
