Key Responsibilities
Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions.

Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to optimise solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Background in Mechanical Engineering, Power Transmission, or related technical field.
Proven experience in business development and technical sales .
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of gear systems, motors, drives, and industrial transmission technologies is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting.
Willingness to travel across London, Southeast & East Anglia.
