Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all staff and visitor concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
* Handle telephone enquiries in line with our guidelines and customer requirements
* Manage the booking process for on-site meeting rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
* Flexible and helpful
* Administer Security Clearance paperwork with attention to detail and accuracy
* Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently
* Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Securitas Site Manager and the client
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:

* Experience in a customer-facing role
* Outstanding verbal, written and telephone communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills, capable or building rapport with customers and colleagues
* The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
* Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
