Join a leading UK manufacturer of food-grade products, renowned for quality, innovation, and operational excellence. Based in Millbrook, Southampton, this growing organisation ismitted to delivering high standards across its operations. As part of its continued success, thepany is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of its office and provide essential support across the business.
Your New Role
As Office Manager, you will be at the heart of the organisation, managing day-to-day office activities and supporting staff to maintain an efficient and professional environment. You’ll coordinate across departments, handle key operational tasks, and act as a central point of contact for internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organised, efficient environment
2. Supervise and support administrative staff, allocating tasks and monitoring performance
3. Assist with HR duties, including onboarding, personnel records, and training coordination
4. Support finance functions using Sage 200, including invoicing and reporting
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for management
6. Implement and improve office systems and workflows to drive efficiency
7. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support operations
8. Ensurepliance withpany policies and procedures

What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have:
9. Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
10. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
11. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
12. Experience supervising or managing a small team
13. Proficiency with office systems and, ideally, Sage 200
14. A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
15. Professionalism and a positive approach to fostering a great office culture
