Key Account Manager

What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and grow strategic accounts within the clinical trial supply space.
* Lead global coordination across client stakeholders, operations, and internal support functions.
* Present tailored supply solutions, manage quotes, and drive retention and expansion across key accounts.
* Represent the business professionally during remote and on-site client meetings.
* Monitor client pipelines, identify new commercial opportunities, and share market insights to inform strategy.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of
4 years' experience
in the
Pharma, CRO, or CMO
industry, with a focus on
clinical trial supplies or specialist logistics
.
* A track record of success in key account management and client engagement.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across international and cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with GxP (GMP/GDP/GCP) and a commitment to quality-driven service delivery.
