Job Duties:
* Deliver high-quality English and Maths GCSE tutoring to students in the local community
* Plan and prepare engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs
* Provide support and guidance to help students improve their understanding and grades
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
* Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share best practises
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS)
* Strong knowledge of the English and Maths GCSE curriculum
* Experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths at the GCSE level
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience at the GCSE level
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Adaptability and patience when working with students of varying abilities
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling
* Work primarily in learners homes or local libraries

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
