As a Field Sales Executive at firmus energy, youll be part of a new team thats all about hitting targets and growing together. If you have experience in Field sales, Direct Sales, or another target-driven role, this could be your chance to shine and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door sales calls to current and prospective customers. Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager Deliver a strong sales pitch to gain a customers interest Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes Represent firmus energy in a professional manner Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum 12 months in sales. Desirably in the field. Ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role. Full Driving Licence Experience in selling to a diverse customer base. Positive, competitive, and self-motivated with a drive to consistently deliver results. Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance management.
