* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems.
* Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and queries effectively.
* Provide administrative support to the customer service department as needed.
* Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure accurate billing and updates.
* Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and processes.
Profile
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the life science industry.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Offer
