Role Overview:
Kent seeks a Senior / Principal Control & Instrumentation Engineer responsible for coordinating engineering deliverables, reporting progress, supervising teams, and liaising with clients on large projects. The role involves planning, technical supervision, and ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead or support C&I engineering design activities across project phases.
* Responsible for all C&I and Telecoms engineering work, supervising and reviewing deliverables.
* Resolve technical issues, communicate with clients and management, and contribute to project planning and control.
* Participate in factory acceptance tests, design reviews, and technical documentation.
* Support procurement activities, ensuring conformance with client specifications.
* Ensure quality and safety compliance, coordinate audits, and contribute to staff training.
Your knowledge, skills, education, and experience:
* Master's Degree in Instrument or Electrical Engineering.
* Chartered status with significant industry experience, preferably in Oil and Gas.
* Strong coordination, supervisory skills, and project experience.
* Knowledge of international standards, safety, and quality procedures.
Communication and Core Competencies:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Coordination, monitoring, proactive, detail-oriented, team player.
