The Role: Roja London Fragrance Specialist
Every Fragrance Specialist is expected to deliver all elements of the

The retail experience method includes an ability to deliver a luxury, niche service to every client we touch, to achieve brand KPI's and sales targets. Working together within your team to expand your knowledge, talents and capabilities and deliver our brand storytelling, while protecting our brand identity and delivering your best, every day.
R. Respect
your counter space and store;
· Become a Brand Ambassador by promoting the culture internally and externally and building strong relationships with your clients, brand and retailer
· Maintain housekeeping and hygiene in the workplace at all times
· Follow health and safety protocols to protect yourself, colleagues and clients
· Protect brand expression keeping inline with brand VM guidelines and following product planograms
· Ensure brand visual merchandising standards are updated and executed at all times
· Assist Business Manager and store stock control manager to maintain stock level, clean testers and brand integrity
· Adhering to all policy and grooming guidelines given by the company and the store(s) in which you work
· Be work ready at the beginning of every shift and throughout the day

· Ensure excellent client experience is always executed and always put your client's front of mind
· Have an understanding and skills to deliver a luxury, niche service to every client, via brand storytelling, product knowledge and personalised product application
· Handle client feedback promptly and courteously, reporting to relevant channels
· To be able to understand and analyse your daily, weekly & monthly targets and performance
· Achieve your daily, weekly & monthly personal and counter targets and brand Key Performance Indicators
· Ensure that daily reports and monthly reports are completed and submitted on time and assist managers to acquire retail figures for weekly reports

Ask
questions and advise with Expertise;
· Deliver our luxury touch, through clientelling to build client loyalty
· Capture client CRM data (achieving 80% capture rate) to drive client return and build a loyal client base to enhance our luxury service
· Ensure databases and customer profiles are up-to-date and contain accurate and relevant data in respect with GDPR regulations
· Whilst building your own client base, to achieve brand targets
· Deliver our VIP service menu, following brand protocols to drive client experience, loyalty and sales performance
· Deliver personalised fragrance application and fragrance layering services, allowing clients to experience our products
· Confidentially able to close a sale, to drive sales performance and brand targets

Experience:
Previous retail experience of selling within a luxury environment or brand, preferably fragrance but not essential
