Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Administrator based Kilmarnock Job Purpose: Team responsibility of managing the administration support service both internally and externally, to support the Procurement function and assist with the fulfilment of the company’s procurement. Accountabilities: Responsible for Procurement administration and daily coordination of the procurement team. Assist the procurement/buying team to operate within a business-focused, cost-effective manner, and meet targets. Become a key member of the buying team in placing orders with suppliers. Provide discreet, confidential, and informed support to the Buying Team Take on the administrative areas around New Product process and Master Data Support all existing procurement/buying processes. Assist in the construction of analytical data relating to the procurement/buying function. Updating contact details for suppliers and setting up new suppliers. Maintaining Supplier agreements within our ERP system. Other Ad Hoc duties required as outlined by the Procurement Manager. Person Specification Qualifications: None required. Experience Required: 24 months experience in a similar role. Experience in stock control processes and placing of orders. Proven ability to support a procurement or buying team with administrative tasks.
