Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the classroom teacher to develop and implement tailored learning strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher and parents

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
