About the Role:
Dowell Windows has an excellent opportunity for a vibrant, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to take on a Customer Service Officer position at our Smithfield location. Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, you'll be part of a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Outbound calls to customers to book and manage delivery requirements
* Answer incoming calls within provided guidelines
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality solutions
* Manage delivery/order issues promptly, keeping customers informed
* Process changes to orders after acceptance
* Work with the Customer Service Team Leader and team on business improvement projects
* Adhere to all Dowell Safety Policies and practices professionally
