Salary: ยฃ30,500 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours Monday-Friday
Location: Hybrid/Swadlincote, DE11 8EA
This position requires significant flexibility to collaborate effectively with our US-based team. The candidate must be able to align their working hours with Central Daylight Time (CDT), which is six hours behind UK time (BST/GMT). Whilst some flexibility is possible, a substantial overlap with Texas business hours is a non-negotiable requirement of the role.

As a website and E-commerce coordinator you are responsible for managing and maintaining the online platform to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and sales. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive online success. In this role you would contribute to the growth and success of the e-commerce business by optimising the website for user experience, sales, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Website Maintenance: Ensure the website functions correctly, is up-to-date, and visually appealing.
* Product Management: Manage product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing to optimize search visibility and sales.
* Order Processing: Oversee order processing, fulfilment, stock and customer order inquiries.
* Website Analytics: Monitor website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience using google analytics and other tools.
* Content Management: Create, update, and manage website content, including: banners, blog posts, and promotions.
* Technical Support: Troubleshoot website issues and provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
* SEO and SEM: Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
* E-commerce Platform Management: Manage the e-commerce platform, including updates, integrations, and security.

* Technical: You will leverage your technical skills to maintain website performance and implement necessary updates.
* Attention to Detail: You will ensure product information, pricing, and website content is accurate and consistent.

* Data Analysis: You will analyse website metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Problem Solving: You will troubleshoot website issues and implement solutions to minimise downtime.
* Collaboration: You will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to achieve business objectives.
* Experience: ยทGood knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools would be beneficial
