Role : Level 3 Teaching Assistant Rate of pay : £425 - £475 Per Week – Dependant on experience Location : Birmingham – B75 About the role Connex Education is seeking a Proactive Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a Supportive local school in B75. You will support the Year 4 class teacher in preparing and delivering high quality lessons while monitoring pupils’ Progress. You will work closely with individual pupils and small groups who need extra support, keeping them engaged and inspired. You will promote a positive and inclusive classroom allowing all children to feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential regardless of their background or ability.
