Shift: Monday - Friday (Day shift)
Hours: 7.30am - 5pm
Salary: £12.21ph

HRGO Recruitment are seeking for experience Assembly Operatives to work in Kent TN16 area.
Responsibilities:
Assemble brass wear components per detailed instructions and quality standards.
Build, test, and pack products to meet quality and output targets.
Use hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
Follow standard procedures and work instructions.
Inspect components for defects and ensure quality specifications.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
Report and suggest improvements for procedural issues.
Perform repetitive tasks while standing.
Be flexible in your working approach.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: Previous assembly or production experience.
Technical Capability: Comfortable using hand tools and machinery.
Physical Fitness: Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25-50 kg safely.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous inspection skills and ability to identify faults.
Reliability: Punctual, committed, able to follow verbal/written instructions.
