Technical Account Manager | Food Manufacturing | Cambridgeshire
It’s a unique set of skills you possess. Not only do you know your way around the Technical department, but you can hold a strong commercial relationship with your customers and work towards a shared goal.
In this role, you’ll own the technical relationship with key customers, acting as the link between site and customer to make sure everything lands as it should. Whether it’s product launches, specifications, or day to day issues, you’ll be the one keeping things aligned, on track, and moving forward.
This is a role for someone who enjoys pace and visibility. You’ll be working across technical, operations, and commercial teams, managing critical paths, supporting launches, and stepping in when things need sorting. It’s not just about process, it’s about communication, ownership, and getting things done properly.
You’ll also get involved in analysing trends, supporting investigations, and driving improvements, making sure the same problems do not keep coming back.
What you’ll need
* Experience in a senior technical or quality role within food manufacturing
* Good understanding of HACCP and quality systems – and their impact
* Strong organisation and ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Experience dealing with retail customers
* Confident communication style, comfortable dealing with customers and internal teams
* Someone who takes ownership and naturally drives things forward
