Training and Responsibilities
* As a trainee you will be trained on how to de bone, break down and trim the meat cuts.
* Learn about the different meat cuts and specifications
* Work in a safe clean working environment in line with current legislation
* After training is completed have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level
