* At least 1–2 years’ experience supervising or coordinating a small technical team.
* Proven experience mentoring junior technicians and guiding teams on standards and workflows.
* Comfortable using computer systems and asset management software.
* Clear written and spoken English for communication and record-keeping.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent customer service skills.
* Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and standing for extended periods in an active warehouse environment.
* Formal training in electrical or electronics disciplines, or manufacturer-specific lighting training (e.g. moving lights), is desirable.
* Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as required.
* Ability and willingness to travel to Blackburn initially, prior to the relocation of the warehouse to Hertford.
Initially, the role will require travel to our Blackburn site while our warehouse relocation is underway. From summer onwards, the position will be based in Hertford. All travel costs associated with this transition will be covered by the company.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional to lead a team and ensure that lighting equipment is always maintained, compliant and ready to deliver outstanding results. Candidates with the right experience, leadership skills, and commitment to operational excellence will thrive in this role.
