Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and lead that team to helping people live purposeful and meaningful lives. NVQ 3 in Leadership and Management or commitment to work towards.
Competent user of ICT / Windows Applications.
Full Driving Licence / Access to Transport.
Capacity to Travel quickly and cost effectively within designated area of responsibility.
Experience of being part of support projects and support initiatives.
Experience of improving services.
Experience of report writing and taking minutes of meetings.
Experience in support planning and risk assessment.
Work in multiple support settings - have the flexibility to work accross our other schemes where business needs arise.
Service Training and Management skills training available.

Promote and encourage clients engagement in all activities within the organisation and community.
Ensure safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
Ensure compliance in all aspects of service delivery to all Statutory and Regulatory requirements including health and safety procedures.
To be part of the Support2Independence on call Rota.
To ensure that staff comply with Support2Independence policies and procedures.
To assist the Manager in supervision, appraisal processes, absence and disciplinary processes.
To assist the Manager in the training programme.
To implement, monitor and review clients support and healthcare plans and risk assessment.
To maintain and develop professional working relationships with colleagues and working partners and hold meetings, disseminate corporate messages, capturing information and communicating to line management in feedback.
To contribute to the development of quality services.
To travel within the operational areas of S2I, when needed for On-Call
To work flexibly in accordance of the needs of the service.
To promote the personalisation agenda in making services fit around people and achieving outcomes in the following areas:?Improved Quality of Life?/
