We’re on the lookout for experienced and dedicated TR and NTR Captains to join our team as Direct Entry Captains on our ERJ 145 in Derry~Londonderry. What You’ll Do
As a Captain, you’ll hold full responsibility for the safety, security, and operation of the aircraft, its crew, and passengers, from the moment you arrive at the aircraft until engines shut down post-flight. Your leadership and judgment will be key in ensuring every journey is safe, efficient, and in line with both regulatory and company standards.
You will:
* Oversee all aspects of aircraft operation during flights
* Make critical decisions to ensure the safe operation of the flight
* Lead and support the flight crew, setting a professional standard onboard
* Ensure all procedures are followed and adapted safely as needed
* Set an example in communication, professionalism and safety culture
Essential Skills & Attributes:
* Full ATPL (UK CAA) with a current Class 1 Medical
* Currently operating in a Command capacity
* 1000 Hours in command of a multi-crew aircraft (MTOW >10t or 19+ pax)
* 3000 Hours total time
* In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety practices, and flight operations.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and make timely and sound decisions
* Proven teamwork and leadership skills
* Right to live and work in the UK
Desirable:
* Valid ERJ 145 Type Rating
