Role & Impact:
As our Technical Co‑Founder, you will:
* Architect and build our core AI/ML platform for recruitment intelligence
* Lead seamless integrations with major ATS/CRM systems
* Design scalable cloud infrastructure to support rapid customer growth
* Recruit, mentor, and lead a world‑class engineering team
* Shape product vision, data strategy, and technical roadmap
You’ll sit on the leadership team, own the technology domain, and share significantly in our equity upside.
You Are
* AI/SaaS: 7+ years crafting production AI/ML services and SaaS products
* Full‑Stack Innovator: Skilled across data pipelines, backend services, and user‑facing applications (Python/Node/React)
* Cloud Architect: Hands‑on AWS or GCP experience, IaC (Terraform/Kubernetes)
* Strategic Thinker: You balance speed of delivery with robust, compliant system design
* Connector: You bring or can build relationships with potential pilot partners in recruitment or HR tech
