Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails related to payments and account queries. Offer practical, non-judgmental solutions for customers with missed payments. Clearly explain payment options and responsibilities. Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Be a positive team player and contribute to a great customer experience.
