Opportunity is around the corner as we are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Truck Driver to join a well-established manufacturing company based in North Scarle.
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a key member of a dedicated warehouse team, handling goods and materials during night shifts to ensure efficient operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a stable and supportive environment.

What will I be paid?
* Hourly rate: £13.47 per hour.
What will I be doing as a Warehouse Operative?
* Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch during night shifts
* Loading and unloading deliveries using appropriate equipment
* Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Maintaining a clean and controlled work environment through a “clean as you go” approach Collaborating with team members to meet nightly operational targets
* Reporting any issues or discrepancies to the Shift Manager promptly
What skills and experience do I need?
* Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in food, pet food, or FMCG
* Essential to have a counterbalance licence (reach licence preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
* Positive, solution-focussed attitude
* Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Own transport essential due to location
Working hours: 4 on 4 off - 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am.
