Service Charge – we pay our team a service charge each month! The entire service charge is shared amongst all the team at the hotel – around £305 a month (roughly £3,600 per year) over and above base pay for a full‑time employee.
The hotel may also offer on‑site staff accommodation to help new team members settle into life at the hotel and the local area, and free parking is available on site.

About the role
Come and join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and let your passion and personality shine. This is a 48‑hour per week position, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis to include weekends and bank holidays.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work with our Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team and ensure we are providing exceptional service to our guests, helping them create memories that last a lifetime.

* Build close relationships across all teams, fostering friendships among colleagues.
