Security Engineer 3 - Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
Position Description:
The Security Engineer 3 - Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) will support the development and delivery of Identity Governance and IAM solutions for internal and external customers. This role involves hands-on support, project work, engineering, and automation.
Position Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation and maintenance of automated integrations with SailPoint Identity IQ IGA platforms to enhance security and compliance.
* Monitor and support daily operations related to IGA system performance, functionality, and user inquiries.
* Develop processes, guidelines, and documentation for internal teams.
* Innovate process improvements to automate manual tasks.
* Assist in gathering information/evidence for audit requests.
* Provide advanced troubleshooting, participate in on-call rotations, and develop solutions to reduce support calls outside business hours.
Minimum Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience
2-3 years supporting IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt Security Manager, or IBM Security Identity Governance. Experience across IAM technologies like LDAP, Privileged Account Management, and User Access Management (Federation/MFA).
Understanding of core IGA principles: Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Identity Governance, and Access Certification.
Familiarity with security issues in IAM and experience implementing security systems and controls.
Development experience in BeanShell, Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration methods (LDAP, JDBC, flat files).
Experience with databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, or MySQL.

Formal Education & Certification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with SailPoint Cloud Access Management or SailPoint Identity AI.
* Knowledge of Cloud technologies like Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
* Security certifications such as Security+, Network+, GCIA, GCIH, CISSP, CEH, etc.
