Global Head of Tax Accounting and Operations

About the Position
We are looking for a global Head of tax accounting and tax operations to join the Tax team, reporting directly to the global Head of Tax. The role is located in the United Kingdom and will oversee all tax accounting and tax operations globally.
Your Responsibilities
Tax accounting (corporate income tax)
* Reviewing and overseeing the income tax provision, including deferred tax asset and liability calculations, technical analysis of tax positions, Pillar 2, CbCR, UTPs, etc.
* Providing strategic oversight and technical input for tax provision methodology and process improvements.
* Reviewing tax disclosures in financial statements and coordinating with external auditors.
Tax operations (corporate income tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing)
* Driving continuous improvement in tax operations through process optimization.
* Establishing standardized processes for tax compliance workflows.
* Establishing standardized processes for ETR forecast and related matters.
* Managing information gathering and reporting processes across multiple jurisdictions.
* Overseeing the tax compliance calendar and ensuring timely filings.
* Developing and maintaining tax documentation and supporting audit processes.
* Building and maintaining strong internal controls and documentation.
What Qualifications you will bring
* 15+ years of progressive experience.
* Advanced degree in accounting and taxation.
* Experience in tax accounting and tax operations in a global organization.
* Experience leading a global team.
* IT/software savvy. Strong data rework skills and program skills, like Excel.
* Experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems), OneStream/HFM (or similar software).
* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
