IT Freight Help Desk Co‑ordinators
If you've got experience in the freight industry or are technically qualified and have drive, determination, and a can‑do attitude, our fabulous client is looking to add Helpdesk co‑ordinators to join their busy growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities
* You will be faced with the challenges of the modern freight industry.
* Help develop and support Sequoia software in‑house and represent the user base to both industry bodies and government, including CDS & NCTS.
* Ideal candidate will come from an Import / Export Freight background and be looking for the next step of their career while expanding IT knowledge.
* In‑depth knowledge of UK Customs declarations is required (Import and Export).
* Good clear communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
