Assistant Team Manager (Here4U team)
We have an exciting opportunity for a new Assistant Team Manager in our Children we care for and young people who are leaving our care team (“Here4U Team”).

The main focus of this Assistant Team Manager role, will be to support children we care for in Wokingham. The successful candidate will manage a small team of Social Workers, who ensure that the needs of our children are being met with long term aspirations for their lives.

To enable you to work to your best we will develop you in your role and as part of the team; additional training and support will be provided, and you will have an opportunity to develop the range of interventions and skills you bring to make a difference to children and young people.
The Assistant Team Manager role - is for those qualified social work managers who want to develop their skills to work systemically, within a trauma informed and Signs of Safety framework. You will provide support to the Team Manager, whilst delivering quality supervision and support to the team for the young in our care.
Our Offer
1. Salary: £52,414 - £56,732 (plus additional £3k market supplement).
