Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to sell their stunning new homes across the region, primarily in the East. This is a Supporting Sales Advisor position that will see you supporting multiple developments and sales teams.
In return, you’ll receive a highly competitive basic salary and commission structure.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning the full sales journey — from lead generation and appointments through to reservations, progression, legal completion, and upselling extras
* Driving sales through outstanding customer engagement and relationship building
* Keeping the CRM fully up to date with proactive and accurate reporting
* Developing expert product knowledge to match buyers with their perfect home
* Ensuring full compliance with processes and maintaining accurate internal records
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in new homes sales
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced setting
* Strong, adaptable communicator with a proactive mindset
* Available to work Thursday to Monday (weekends essential)
