Demand Marketing Manager – Caseware

Location: Maidstone, UK (Hybrid – 3x a week from office)

Full-time, permanent position

Caseware is a global fintech company with over 500,000 users across 130 countries. The Demand Marketing Manager will design and run targeted programs that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate deals, and convert interest into tangible business growth.


What you will be doing:

* Build, execute, measure and optimise multi‑channel demand generation strategies to attract and convert qualified leads.
* Design acquisition and expansion campaigns to support business growth.
* Leverage lead‑nurturing, segmentation and content strategies to create a thoughtful buyer’s journey and customer lifecycle.
* Collaborate with creative, product marketing and marketing operations to develop and execute programs that drive client pipeline.
* Own lead generation, nurture flows and lifecycle marketing programs – accountable for targets, learning from successes and failures, and delivering results.
* Serve as a database marketing expert, expanding and maintaining the health of the database.
* Work closely with Sales to align on target accounts, lead qualification criteria and campaign performance.
* Utilise data and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to segment audiences, trigger personalized experiences and track ROI.
* Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop assets tailored to buyer personas.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and iterate to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
* Identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and customer growth, continuously optimizing processes.


What you will bring:

* 3+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in software/SaaS.
* Proven B2B demand generation success with measurable pipeline, ROI and KPI reporting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Self‑starter with a growth mindset, capable of prioritising and acting with urgency.
* Strong analytical skills and time‑management capability.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in the accounting industry is a plus.
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing is a plus.


In the first 6 months:

* Deeply understand target personas, ICP, value propositions and buyer journey.
* Audit current marketing programs for quick wins and long‑term improvements.
* Execute existing FY26 campaign plan and launch nurture tracks for net‑new and existing customers.
* Generate measurable marketing sourced and influenced pipeline increases.
* Set up performance dashboards with Marketing Ops.


In the first year:

* Drive substantial increases in marketing sourced and influenced pipeline.
* Build repeatable campaign frameworks for acquisition and expansion.
* Deliver a calendar of multi‑channel campaigns aligned with product launches for FY27.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
