Key Responsibilities Operating a 360 excavator Digging trenches, foundations, and other excavation work Loading and unloading materials Ensuring that the excavator is properly maintained Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise Communicating with other operators, contractors, and clients to ensure the project is on track Setting up and preparing the site for excavation work Engage with the General foreman and expected to take responsibility to participate in other work if no excavator work is available Reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints Conducting pre-operational checks on the excavator Essential: CSCS Card – with lifting ops above and below 10T Caring and investing in you Our values have been embedded at Barhale for over 40 years, and they are our guiding principles regarding how we care and invest in people.
