Your Role:
Meet and greet customers, building rapport and understanding their needs
Present available homes, plot options, and incentives clearly and professionally
Conduct site and show home tours
Progress sales through the full customer journey from reservation to exchange and completion
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales progression
Maintain accurate records and CRM entries
About You:
Proven experience in new homes sales or high-end property sales
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Confident, proactive, and target-driven
Able to work weekends and flexible hours to suit customer demand
Passionate about property, people, and providing an exceptional buying experience
