Change Analyst – Warehouse & Supply Chain Transformation
Location: Islip/Kettering and Reading or Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: Initial 6 Months
Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35 if UK based)
No agency support required.
We’re looking for a Change Analyst to support a major Warehouse Management transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone early in their change career who wants to develop within a large, complex supply chain environment. Direct depot experience is helpful but not essential.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the delivery of change activities across a multi‑site operational programme.
* Helping assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, training requirements, and communications.
* Preparing documentation, reports, and materials for internal audiences.
* Working closely with project teams to track progress, risks, and readiness activities.
What you’ll bring
* 2 - 3+ years’ experience in Change, Transformation, Communications, HR, or similar roles.
* Experience supporting project or change delivery activities.
* Familiarity with core change management concepts such as impacts, stakeholders, training, and comms.
* Strong skills in preparing presentations, reports, and written materials.
* A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work with diverse operational teams.
