Commerciality
* Deliver an elevated client experience within the store environment
* Implement Ralph Lauren’s selling culture to maximize sales and profitability
* Develop and monitor key performance metrics aligned with the business plan
* Stay informed about competitor activity
Operations
* Manage inventory flow to minimize shrinkage through operational excellence
* Lead floor recovery efforts, ensuring pricing and size integrity
* Maintain a safe work environment for clients and employees by adhering to all policies and procedures
