Protocol Education is now recruiting passionate and motivated ECTs for Secondary Supply Teacher roles starting in September 2026. We work with a wide network of welcoming and well-established Primary schools across Colchester.

To be considered for these ECT Teaching opportunities, you should have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to complete your teacher training in 2026
A genuine passion for Primary Education
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
