Job Overview
This post involves assessing, developing, and delivering highly specialised care to children and families referred into Community Paediatrics on the Neuro Development pathway, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
Responsibilities
* Provide a strong support network for clinical work and wellbeing within an experienced team.
* Learn and collaborate with highly experienced MDT team members.
* Receive regular clinical and managerial supervision.
* Participate in annual appraisals.
* Access internal and external training relevant to your role.
* Work closely with children, families, and carers, applying excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
Qualifications
* Speech and Language Therapy degree qualification.
* Registered with the HCPC; membership of RCSLT preferred.
* Band 6–7 Speech and Language Therapist, highly motivated for working with children and families.
* Standard or enhanced DBS check required.
