Experienced Warden Call Engineer
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Travel Time

We’re an established and growing independent fire & security business, and we’re looking for an experienced Warden Call Engineer to join our expanding team. If you’ve worked with social alarms, warden call, or nurse call systems before – this is your chance to make a real impact in a rewarding environment.
The Role:
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on warden call, nurse call and social alarm systems.
* Completing small works and system upgrades within communal living spaces, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
* Working with market-leading systems including Tynetec and Tunstill.
* Delivering excellent service to vulnerable residents and care providers.
* Participating in a call-out rota (with a £250 per week standby allowance).
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous hands-on experience with warden call, nurse call, or social alarm systems.
* Knowledge of systems such as Tynetec and Tunstill.
* A flexible approach to travel and working hours.
* Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A customer-focused mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.
The Package:
* Up to £40,000 basic salary + paid travel time.
* Company van & pension scheme.
* 22 days holiday + bank holidays, rising with length of service.
* Standby allowance of £250 per week (on call-out rota).
* 40-hour working week.
