What you will do
* Hold a caseload of service users with drug and/or alcohol dependencies, offering them the guidance and support necessary for recovery.
* Deliver structured one-to-one keyworking sessions as well as engaging group interventions to foster a supportive community atmosphere.
* Develop and review recovery-focused care plans, tailoring support to meet the unique needs of each service user.
* Work in partnership with essential services such as housing, mental health, probation, and primary care, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.
* Provide compassionate and informed support, empowering individuals on their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
Requirements
