Bodmin Town Council is recruiting a Community Services Manager to join the organisation at a pivotal stage in its development, supporting the delivery of community activity, events and engagement across the town.
This is a senior operational leadership role with responsibility for ensuring that community services are well coordinated, visible and aligned with the Council’s Aims and Objectives.
The role plays a key part in shaping how the Council engages and communicates with residents, supports participation and brings its services and spaces into active use.
Working closely with councillors, senior officers and partners, the post holder will lead the delivery of community programmes and ensure that activity across the town is purposeful, well managed and delivers clear outcomes.
The post is full time (37 hours per week) and offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high profile service area within a modern, forward looking council.
