A nurturing and inclusive school in Hillingdon is searching for a Psychology Graduate to join their team. You’ll be supporting students with Autism, ADHD, or learning differences, helping them build confidence, focus, and independence both in and out of lessons.
As a Psychology Graduate (SEND Teaching Assistant), you’ll:
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
* Help pupils stay engaged and motivated throughout lessons
* Adapt learning materials to suit a range of abilities
* Build trusting relationships that help every child feel supported and understood
