We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruitment Advisor to support high-volume recruitment for our terminal operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in sourcing and managing candidates in fast-paced, blue-collar environments. You'll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to meet operational workforce needs.

NOTE: This role will be based on site at London Gateway in Stanford-le-Hope.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms, with a focus on terminal operative and logistics roles.
· Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability and availability.
· Manage high volumes of applications via our platforms, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
· Coordinate interviews and assessment centres, working closely with hiring managers and recruitment support.
· Advise hiring managers on effective selection methods and recruitment best practices.
· Support offer management and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
· Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of hiring trends and improve sourcing strategies.
· Represent the business at job fairs and recruitment events to attract local talent.
· Collaborate with the wider Talent team on volume campaigns and workforce planning.
· Handle candidate queries and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Person Specification
· 2-3 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume or blue-collar sectors.
· Confident sourcing hard-to-find talent and engaging passive candidates.
· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· A self-starter with a sense of urgency and a problem-solving mindset.
