Location: Uxbridge | Type: Full-Time Hybrid

Working hours: Monday to Friday covering hours between 8am - 6pm (shifts 8-4:30pm & 9:30-6pm), 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30am - 3:30pm 1 shift per week 10:30-7:30pm

We’ve been helping non‑fault drivers get back on the road for 30 years, by providing like‑for‑like replacement vehicles, expert claims assistance and a genuinely caring service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for First Response Claims Handlers to join our fast‑paced, fun and supportive team!


What You’ll Be Doing

As a First Response Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in the early stages of the claims process. Your responsibilities will include:

* Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
* Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud.
* Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear and confident way – feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit.
* Organising suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.
* Managing multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.
* Making smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business.
* Delivering top‑tier customer service with empathy and energy.
* Promoting our services with confidence and care.


What You Bring

* A friendly and engaging phone manner.
* Strong communication, listening skills, and decision‑making skills.
* Great time management and attention to detail.
* The ability to stay calm and make quick, informed decisions.
* A passion for helping people and working in a team.
* A team‑first attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook).
* Bonus points for knowledge of the automotive or insurance world – but not essential.
